摘　　要：目的评价3C护理服务用于消毒供应中心手术器械管理的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在湖南省第二人民医院消毒供应中心处理的手术器械300件作为传统组,进行传统护理服务。2022年1—12月在本院消毒供应中心处理的手术器械300件作为实践组,进行3C护理服务。两组手术器械均由消毒供应中心同一批工作人员(25名)处理。比较两组护理后的管理质量评分、消毒灭菌合格率、器械损坏率、安全隐患报告率。结果与传统组相比,实践组护理后的管理质量评分更高,消毒灭菌合格率更高,器械损坏率更低,安全隐患报告率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心手术器械管理时,选用3C护理服务能够提升管理质量评分,提高消毒灭菌合格率,减少器械损坏情况,降低安全隐患报告率。Objective To evaluate the effect of 3C nursing service on surgical instrument management in disinfection supply center.Methods 300 surgical instruments treated in the disinfection Supply Center of the Second People's Hospital of Hunan Province from January to December 2021 were selected as the traditional group for traditional nursing services.From January to December 2022,300 surgical instruments handled in the disinfection supply center of our hospital will be used as a practice group for 3C nursing services.Both sets of surgical instruments were handled by the same staff(25)of the Disinfection Supply Centre.The management quality score,the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,the damage rate of equipment and the reporting rate of safety hazards were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results Compared with the traditional group,the practice group had higher management quality score after nursing care,higher qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,lower equipment damage rate,and lower reported rate of safety hazards,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When managing surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center,the choice of 3C nursing service can improve the management quality score,improve the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,reduce the damage of instruments,and reduce the reporting rate of safety hazards.
