摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式运用到ICU护理管理中的效果。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月湖南省职业病防治院24名ICU护士,按照随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组12名。对照组接受常规管理,研究组在对照组基础上接受PDCA循环管理,比较两组护理管理的效果。结果研究组护士的管理模式满意度、各项护理管理质量评分及各项护理工作成就感均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护理管理中PDCA循环管理措施的应用效果较好,主要体现在可提高ICU护士对护理管理模式的满意度、护理质量、护士护理工作成就感。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management model applied to ICU nursing management.Methods 24 ICU nurses from Hunan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 12 nurses in each group.The control group received routine management,the study group received PDCA cycle management on the basis of control group.The effectiveness of nursing management was compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the management mode,scores of various nursing management quality,and sense of achievement in nursing work of the study group nurses were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA cycle management measures in ICU nursing management is better,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of ICU nurses'satisfaction with the nursing management model,nursing quality,and nurses'sense of accomplishment in nursing work.
