摘 要:目的探讨分析临床路径教学法(clinical path teaching method,CPTM)及以问题为基础的学习法(problem based learning,PBL)两种教学法联合应用于内分泌科的临床实习教学中的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月在扬州大学附属第五临床医学院内分泌科临床实习的60名医学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30)。以2型糖尿病为教学案例,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用CPTM联合PBL的教学模式,评估两组临床实习医学生在实习期间的教学效果。结果研究组的理论成绩、实践考核成绩、主观能力提升评测及教学模式满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CPTM教学贴近临床,PBL利于自主学习,两种教学模式的融合能有效训练学生发现问题和解决问题的能力,更有利于学生理解内分泌基础理论知识并将其应用于临床。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical path teaching method(CPTM)and problem based learning(PBL)two teaching methods combined in the clinical practice teaching effect of endocrinology.Methods 60 clinical practice medical students in the Department of Endocrinology of the Fifth Affiliated Clinical Medical College of Yangzhou University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided them into the control group(n=30)and the research group(n=30).Taking type 2 diabetes as a teaching case,the control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the research group adopts the teaching mode of CPTM combined with PBL to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups of clinical practice medical students during their practice.Results The theoretical results,practical assessment results,competent ability improvement evaluation and teaching mode satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CPTM teaching is close to clinical practice,and PBL is conducive to autonomous learning.The integration of the two teaching modes can effectively train students'ability to discover and solve problems,and is more conducive to students'understanding of basic theoretical knowledge of endocrine and its clinical application.
