摘　　要：本文主要从基于岗位胜任力,夯实学生基本知识和技能、加强学生人文素养培养,培养学生职业精神、按照岗位胜任力的需求,改良口腔专业的教学方法、强化实践教学,完善教学考评体系几个方面深入说明并探讨岗位胜任力背景下构建培养口腔医学人才体系的措施,为相关研究提供参考。This paper mainly explains and discusses the measures to build a dental talent system under the background of post competency from the following aspects:based on post competency,consolidating students'basic knowledge and skills,strengthening students'humanistic quality,cultivating students'professionalism,improving the teaching methods of stomatology,strengthening practical teaching,and improving the teaching evaluation system according to the needs of post competency.The purpose is to provide reference to related research.
