PDCA循环法在基层医院感染防控及公共卫生服务中运用效果

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环法在基层医院感染防控以及公共卫生服务中的运用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月曲阜市中医院的28名医务人员为研究对象,其中2020年1月—2021年1月为PDCA实施前(对照组),沿用传统管理方式;2021年2月—2022年2月为实施后(观察组),采取PDCA循环法进行管理。两个时间段的医务人员均为同一批。就两组管理质量、医护人员满意度进行调研。且就管理期间感染事件发生状况和公共卫生服务中的不良事件进行统计。结果观察组的管理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员参与满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组公共卫生服务中的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院感染防控以及公共卫生服务中运用PDCA循环法,可提高管理质量,改善医护人员的参与满意度,降低感染事件以及公共卫生服务中不良事件的发生可能。Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle method in primary hospital infection prevention and control and public health services.Methods From January 2020 to February 2022,28 medical staff in Qufu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.Among them,from January 2020 to January 2021,before the implementation of PDCA(control group),the traditional management mode was adopted.From February 2021 to February 2022,after implementation(observation group),PDCA circulation method was adopted for management.The medical staff of the two time periods were the same batch.The management quality and satisfaction of medical staff in the two groups were investigated.The incidence of infection events and adverse events in public health services during the management period were statistically analyzed.Results The management quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The participation satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in public health services in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PDCA cycle method in primary hospital infection prevention and control and public health service can improve management quality,improve the participation satisfaction of medical staff,and reduce the possibility of infection and adverse events in public health service.
