摘  要:目的研究生产性噪声接触作业工作人员职业健康状况和听力损伤的影响因素,旨在为职业病危害防护、管理等工作提供参考。方法择取2021年1月—2022年12月广西壮族自治区工人医院收治的某铝厂生产性噪声接触作业工作人员1000名为研究对象,均实施健康体检,收集整理一般资料(如年龄、性别等),运用单因素卡方检验、Logistic多因素回归分析生产性噪声接触作业人员听力损伤的危险因素。结果根据检查结果,听力损伤例数为500例。年龄、生产性噪声接触工龄时间、噪声强度等级、工作类型方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果可知:生产性噪声接触工龄时间、噪声强度等级、工作类型均是导致作业人员听力受损的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论生产性噪声接触工龄时间、噪声强度等级、工作类型均可影响噪声性听力损伤的出现。Objective The study aims to provide reference for the prevention and management of occupational disease hazards by studying the occupational health status of workers exposed to production noise and the influencing factors of hearing loss.Methods 1000 workers exposed to production noise in an aluminum factory who were admitted to the Workers'Hospital of Guangxi from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All of them were subject to physical examination,collected and sorted out general data(such as age,gender,etc.),and analyzed the risk factors of hearing loss of workers exposed to production noise using single factor Chi-squared test test and logistic regression.Results According to the examination results,the number of cases of hearing loss was 500.There was a statistically significant difference in terms of age,length of service in production noise exposure,noise intensity level,and job type(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis show that the length of service,noise intensity level,and work type of production noise exposure are all risk factors for hearing loss in workers(P<0.05).Conclusion The length of working time,noise intensity level and job type of productive noise exposure can all affect the occurrence of noise-induced hearing loss.
