院前急救风险现状分析与管理对策

摘　　要：院前急救主要是指医护人员到达事发地对患者进行现场抢救、监护以及运送的医疗过程,其在日常急救、突发公共卫生事件救援以及重大活动保障等情况下承担着重要的救援职责,是保障人民生命安全、城市健康发展的重要环节之一,是急症医疗服务系统的首要环节,因此保障院前急救救治效果是社会及国家关注的重点。本文对当下国内院前急救模式、院前急救存在的风险现状进行分析,并提出具体的管理建议对策,旨在推动我国医疗事业进步,保障民生健康。Pre-hospital first aid mainly refers to the medical process in which medical personnel arrive at the scene of the accident to rescue,monitor and transport patients on the spot.It undertakes important rescue duties in daily first aid,public health emergency rescue,and major event guarantee.It is one of the important links to ensure the safety of people's lives and the healthy development of the city,and is the primary link of the emergency medical service system.Therefore,ensuring the effect of pre-hospital emergency treatment is the focus of social and national attention.This article analyzes the current domestic pre-hospital first aid mode and the current risk status of prehospital first aid,and puts forward specific management suggestions and countermeasures,aiming to promote the progress of my country's medical industry and ensure the health of people's livelihood.
