摘 要:发电厂脱硝系统中的SNCR脱硝技术通过尿素替换传统液氨作为还原剂,由于其具有与液氨相同性质的脱硝性能,同时还具备无毒、安全等优势特征,已成为当前脱硝流程中的首选。基于此,对小型循环流化床锅炉SNCR脱硝工艺中的尿素工艺技术进行优化改造,结果表明能够将尿素热解脱硝率提升至75%,同时也降低了机组运行费用。The SNCR denitrification technology in the denitrification system of power plants replaces traditional liquid ammonia with urea as a reducing agent.Due to its denitrification performance with the same properties as liquid ammonia,as well as its non-toxic,safe and other advantages,it has become thefirst choice in the current denitrification process.Based on this,this study optimized and transformed the urea process technology in the SNCR denitrification process of small circulatingfluidized bed boilers.The results showed that the urea pyrolysis denitrification rate could be increased to 75%,while also effectively reducing the operating costs of the unit.
