摘 要:现阶段随着工业发展,非贵金属催化剂重整抽余油加氢精制持续化发展。目前国内催化重整装置加工能力接近900万t/a。可以利用的重整抽余油资源接近200万t/a。以重整抽余油为原料,溶剂油生产发展迅速,如今在不同工艺支持下产生多样化溶剂油。在重整过程中,需要应用催化剂,在此以非贵金属催化剂为基础,探究其在重整抽余油加氢精制中的应用。工业标定结果表明,降低原料油干点和操作空速对降低溶剂油产品烯烃含量有利。At present,with the development of industry,the hydrogenation and refining of non precious metal catalysts for reforming raffinate oil continues to develop.At present,the processing capacity of domestic Catalytic reforming units is close to 9 million t/a.The available reforming raffinate resources are close to 2 million tons/a.The production of solvent oil using reforming raffinate as raw material has developed rapidly,and now diversified solvent oils are produced under different process supports.In the reforming process,catalysts need to be applied.Based on non precious metal catalysts,this study explores their application in the hydrofining of reforming raffinate,hoping to provide support for the further utilization of reforming raffinate in China.
