摘　　要：概述锌工业生产中的反应容器、过滤分离、蒸浓结晶、干燥焙烧、工业炉窑的工艺装备技术现状及其工艺装备技术提升,对传统工艺装备技术提升阐明了创新点及目的。创新要多方面系统地提高技术的合理性和可靠性,在提高生产效率、降低能源消耗、稳定产品质量、机械自动化等方面具有较好的发展前景,并对提高锌工业的措施及发展前景进行了综合性阐述。This paper summarizes the current situation analysis and technological upgrading of process equipment in zinc industrial production,such as reaction vessel,filtration separation,evaporation crystallization,drying roasting,and industrial furnaces.The innovation points and objectives of traditional process equipment technological upgrading are expounded.Innovation should systematically improve the rationality and reliability of technology in many aspects,which has a good development prospect in improving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption,stabilizing product quality,and mechanical automation.The measures and development prospects for improving zinc industry are comprehensively expounded.
