摘 要:以均三甲苯为底物,无水AlCl_(3)为催化剂,CO_(2)为酰基化试剂,应用傅克酰基化反应制备2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酸的实验过程。通过多组实验研究结果表明:反应过程影响因素与温度、CO_(2)压力、催化剂用量和搅拌速率均有关联。当反应温度超过25℃后,二苯甲酮的选择性快速上升;CO_(2)压力提高,可以促进物料接触,但对反应影响有限;加大催化剂用量和搅拌速率两个因素的作用方式,可以促进反应正向进行。The experimental process of preparing 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid by Fourier acylation reaction was studied using mesitylene as the substrate,anhydrous AlCl3 as the catalyst,and CO_(2) as the acylation reagent.The results of multiple experimental studies indicate that the influencing factors of the reaction process are related to temperature,CO_(2) pressure,catalyst dosage,and stirring rate.When the reaction temperature exceeds 25℃,the selectivity of benzophenone increases rapidly;The increase in CO_(2) pressure can promote material contact,but its impact on the reaction is limited;Increasing the amount of catalyst and stirring rate can promote the forward reaction.
