摘 要:分别合成了四种以氯化苄为季铵化试剂的多环咪唑啉季铵盐SO-1、SO-2、SO-3和SO-4,用失重法和电化学方法研究了这四种化合物在酸性条件下对N80钢的缓蚀性能和吸附行为,并进行了比较研究。结果表明,在酸性条件下SO-1、SO-2、SO-3和SO-4对N80钢均有很好的缓蚀性能,属于阳极型缓蚀剂,缓蚀性能大小顺序为SO-3>SO-2>SO-4>SO-1。四种化合物在铜表面上的吸附服从Langmuir吸附等温式,属于化学吸附,其缓蚀性能随着温度的升高而降低。Four polycyclic Imidazoline Quaternary ammonium cation SO-1,SO-2,SO-3 and SO-4 were synthesized with Benzyl chloride as the quaternization reagent,respectively.The corrosion inhibition performance and adsorption behavior of these four compounds on N80 steel under acidic conditions were studied by weight loss method and electrochemical method,and a comparative study was carried out.The results show that SO-1,SO-2,SO-3,and SO-4 have good corrosion inhibition performance on N80 steel under acidic conditions,belonging to the anode type corrosion inhibitor.The order of corrosion inhibition performance is SO-3>SO-2>SO-4>SO-1.The adsorption of four compounds on the copper surface follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and belongs to chemical adsorption.Their corrosion inhibition performance decreases with increasing temperature.
