摘　　要：茂名石化公司现有国产连续重整装置再生循环气脱氯装置用于回收循环气中的氯化氢。但是在实际使用过程中,脱氯剂由于各种原因导致其使用寿命未达到预期寿命。为了准确评价各脱氯剂的使用寿命,设计安装侧线试验装置在线研究影响脱氯剂性能的因素以指导生产。Maoming Petrochemical Company currently has a domestically produced continuous reforming unit for the regeneration of circulating gas dechlorination,which is used to recover hydrogen chloride from the circulating gas.However,in the actual use process,due to various reasons,the service life of the dechlorination agent did not reach the expected life.In order to accurately evaluate the service life of various dechlorinating agents,a side line testing device was designed and installed to conduct online research on the factors affecting the performance of dechlorinating agents to guide production.
