摘　　要：乳化炸药产品全生命周期管理系统是一个关键的管理工具,用于对乳化炸药产品从原材料采购到生产制造、质量控制、成品库存管理及销售分销等全生命周期进行全面管理和控制。该系统利用智能技术和数据分析方法,实现信息的流程化、协同化和可追溯化,提高管理的效率和准确性。基于此,主要探讨了乳化炸药产品全生命周期管理系统的重要性、实现过程,以及对生产效率、质量控制和安全管理等方面的影响。The whole life cycle management system of emulsified explosive products is a key management tool for the comprehensive management and control of the whole life cycle of emulsified explosive products from raw material procurement to manufacturing,quality control,finished product inventory management and sales and distribution.The system uses intelligent technology and data analysis method to realize the flow,collaboration and traceability of information,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of management.This paper will discuss the importance of the management system,the implementation process,and the impact on production efficiency,quality control and safety management.
