摘 要:根据铅锌冶炼厂使用两段式煤气发生炉造气原理,分析煤气含水包括原煤所带水分及饱和蒸汽、探火操作、净化过程中粗煤气带出水分,通过实际运行数据分析得到煤气温度越低、煤气压力越高,煤气所含饱和水越少,即得到煤气中水蒸气控制的方向。分析发生炉煤气所带水分数量的变化情况,煤气加压出站输送过程中,通过管壁与外界环境换热,导致煤气中的部分饱和水冷凝析出,影响煤气质量。现场经验及理论计算得到生产中每千克煤气所带水蒸气0.058 kg,对煤气产量20 000 m^(3)/h,需要解决煤气中1 242 kg/h水蒸气的影响。同时,系统阐述了相应的控制煤气中水分的实践操作方法以提高两段炉煤气质量。Mainly based on the principle of two-stage gas generator in a lead-zinc smelter at present,the influence of moisture and saturated steam in the raw coal before the reaction,fire detection operation,and the moisture carried out by the crude gas in the purification process on the gas combustion effect in the later stage,through on-site experience and theoretical calculation,it reveals the change of the moisture in the gas from the generator.It also points out that in the process of pressurizing the gas out of the station,the heat exchange with the external environment through the pipe wall leads to the condensation and precipitation of part of the saturated water in the gas,resulting in affect gas quality.At the same time,a brief method of controlling the moisture in the gas is proposed。
