摘 要:高镍三元材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)具有较高的理论比容量(0.1C比容量>200mAh/g),但其循环稳定性差,限制了其应用。基于此,研究了成膜添加剂甲烷二磺酸亚甲酯(MMDS)对NCM811/石墨软包电池循环稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,在使用1%MMDS电解液的电池中循环500次后容量保持率能从85.6%提高到92.8%。结合表征结果和理论计算,认为MMDS在电极反应中具有较高的优先级,能够优先于电解液进行氧化和还原反应,在正负电极表面形成的界面膜可以防止电解液分解,从而保护材料不受损害,提高电池的循环稳定性。The high nickel ternary material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)has a high theoretical specific capacity(0.1C specific capacity>200 mAh/g),but its poor cycling stability limits its application.In this study,the cycle stability of NCM811/graphite soft packed battery was successfully improved by using the film forming additive methyl Methanedisulfonic acid(MMDS).The experimental results show that the capacity retention rate can be increased from 85.6%to 92.8%after 500 cycles in a battery using 1%MMDS electrolyte.Based on the characterization results and theoretical calculations,we believe that MMDS has a high priority in electrode reaction,which can take precedence over electrolyte for oxidation and reduction reactions.The interface facial mask formed on the surface of positive and negative electrodes can prevent the decomposition of electrolyte,thus protecting materials from damage and improving the cycle stability of the battery.
