摘　　要：将β-环糊精和氯乙酸在碱性条件下反应合成羧甲基-β-环糊精,通过羧基与10-羟基喜树碱发生酯化反应共价偶联生成具有良好生物相容性的HCPT/CM-β-CD,并进行表征和生物性能研究。实验结果表明,HCPT/CM-β-CD改善了药物的生物相容性,增加了药物的稳定性,并且能够在肿瘤组织中得到有效的释放。This article willβ-Synthesis of carboxymethyl group from Cyclodextrin and chloroacetic acid under alkaline condition-β-Cyclodextrin,which is covalently coupled with 10 hydroxy Camptothecin through esterification of carboxyl group to produce HCPT/CM with good biocompatibility-β-CD.And conduct characterization and biological performance research on the compound.The experimental results indicate that HCPT/CM-β-CD improves the biocompatibility of drugs,increases their stability,and can be effectively released in tumor tissue.
