摘 要:战场可视化技术是打赢现代化战争的重要保障,主要功能是通过航空航天无人平台搭载合成孔径雷达、红外传感器和视频监控传感器进行战场环境感知。其中,视频监控传感器是战场可视化技术的重要组成部分,具有经济、高效、接入速度快和支持联网共享等特点。在战场环境下,需要设计一套标准化的视频监控联网共享系统,以接入并共享大量的可见光、红外视频监控设备。因此,基于GB/T28181一2016标准与WebRTC技术,构建具备实时、高性能、无插件且跨平台等特点的视频监控系统,对实现战场可视化、战场综合态势研判及后续视频智能分析处理具有重要意义。Battlefield visualization technology is an important guarantee to win the modern war.Its main function is to perceive the battlefield environment through synthetic aperture radar,infrared sensors and video surveillance sensors carried by aerospace unmanned platforms.Video surveillance sensor is an important part of battlefield visualization technology,which has the characteristics of economy,high efficiency,fast access speed and supporting network sharing.In the battlefield environment,it is necessary to design a standardized video surveillance network sharing system to access and share a large number of visible and infrared video surveillance devices.Therefore,based on GB/T 28181-2016 standard and WebRTC technology,it is of great significance to build a real-time,high-performance,plugin-free and cross-platform video surveillance system for the realization of battlefield visualization,battlefield comprehensive situation judgment and subsequent video intelligent analysis and processing.
