摘　　要：文章通过分析当前医院网络安全面临的外部攻击威胁和内部安全风险等问题,探索了基于PDCA的医院网络安全服务新模式,并结合广州医科大学附属第五医院的实践,具体介绍了应用该模式开展网络安全监测预警(P)、威胁处置(D)、复核查验(C)和持续优化(A)四个服务阶段的主要内容。研究结果表明,该模式能够提高医院网络安全的稳定性和可靠性,为医院网络安全服务提供了实用的思路和参考。By analyzing the external attack threats and internal security risks faced by the current hospital cyber security,this paper explores a new model of hospital cyber security services based on PDCA.Combined with the practice of The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,it specifically introduces the application of this model to carry out cyber security monitoring and early warning(P),threat disposal(D),review and inspection(C)and continuous optimization(A).The research results show that this model can improve the stability and reliability of hospital cyber security,and provide practical ideas and references for hospital cyber security services.
