摘 要:控制臂球销总成是汽车转向系统的关键零部件之一,其质量影响汽车行驶的舒适性和安全性。文中基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立球销总成力学分析模型,对其启动力矩和工作力矩工况进行数值模拟,以获得球销启动力矩和工作力矩与球销座结构、摩擦因数、球销座与壳体过盈配合量之间的关系曲线图,以及在不同过盈配合尺寸下球销座产生的应力和应变。结果表明,球销座中间设计6条贯穿槽,过盈量控制在0.05~0.15 mm范围内,可以有效避免球销座产生塑性变形,并且启动力矩小于8 N·m和工作力矩小于4 N·m的技术要求。模拟结果与试制产品结果对比表明,数值模拟结果和产品测试结果基本一致,零件结构设计合理,为类似零件结构设计提供了一种可以借鉴的设计新思路和新方法。The control arm ball pin assembly is one of the key components of the automobile steering system.Its quality affects the comfort and safety of the automobile.In this paper,the mechanical analysis model of ball pin assembly is established based on ABAQUS finite element software,and its starting torque and working torque conditions are numerically simulated to obtain the relationship curves between ball pin starting torque and working torque and ball pin seat structure,friction coefficient,interference fit amount of ball pin seat and housing,as well as the stress and strain generated by ball pin seat under different interference fit dimensions.The results show that 6 through-grooves are designed in the middle of the ball pin seat,and the interference is controlled within 0.05~0.15 mm,which can effectively avoid the plastic deformation of the ball pin seat,and the starting torque is less than 8 N·m and the working torque is less than 4 N·m which meets the technical requirements.The comparison between the simulation results and the trial product results shows that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the product test results,and the part structure design is reasonable,which provides a new design idea and method for similar part structure design.
