摘  要:氮化硅陶瓷球是混合轴承中的关键元件,对于氮化硅陶瓷球的研磨加工,研磨液的选用是获得高质量加工表面的关键因素之一。文中简述了陶瓷球的特性和成球原理,理论分析了陶瓷球在研磨加工过程中的材料去除理论。对研磨液的成分及作用进行分析,对研磨液的作用机理进行分类,为配制氮化硅陶瓷球专用研磨液提供理论基础。Silicon nitride ceramic balls are a key component in hybrid bearings.For the grinding process of silicon nitride ceramic balls,the choice of grinding fluid is one of the key factors in obtaining a high quality machined surface.This paper briefly describes the characteristics of ceramic balls and the principle of ball formation,and theoretically analyzes the theory of material removal during the grinding and processing of ceramic balls.The composition and role of the grinding fluid is analyzed and the mechanism of action of the grinding fluid is classified to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of grinding fluids for silicon nitride ceramic balls.
