摘 要:为了防止烟盒围条折弯成型时折痕处因应力过大而产生撕裂,基于ANSYS Workbench对围条折弯动作进行显示动力学仿真,分析成型过程中围条纸厚、折弯转速、折弯位置对折痕处应力的影响。结果表明:围条折弯过程中最大应力随围条纸厚的增大而减小,随折弯转速的增大而增大,折弯位置的变化对折弯变形效果有显著影响。最优折弯参数为:围条纸厚0.58 mm、折弯转速120 r/min、折弯位置6 mm,此时围条成型应力最小,满足强度要求。In order to prevent the cigarette case strip paperboard from being torn at the crease by excessive stress when it is formed,the method of the explicit dynamics based on ANSYS Workbench is applied to simulation the bending process,and the influence of the strip paperboard thickness,the bending speed and the bending position on the stress during the is analyzed.The result shows that the maximum stress during the bending process of the strip paperboard decreases with the increase of the paperboard thickness,and it increases with the increase of the bending speed,and the change of the bending position has a significant influence on the bending deformation effect.The optimal bending parameters are suggested:the thickness of the strip paperboard is 0.58 mm,the bending speed is 120 r/min,and the bending position is 6 mm,which makes the minimum forming stress of the strip paperboard and meets the strength requirements.
