摘  要:为了验证电控式干燥器相对于机械式干燥器的优势及搭载两种干燥器的空气处理系统性能,在城市道路工况下对搭载2种干燥器的车辆进行整车试验。试验车辆均为6×4牵引车,测试时间为20 min左右,分为带挂与不带挂两种载荷方式,车辆的行驶速度处于加速→匀速→减速→怠速的循环。试验结果表明,机械式干燥器的再生率与整车的耗气量和反吹容积有关,再生容积一致,耗气量越大,其再生率越小,空压机的负荷率越高;而电控式干燥器的再生率是通过控制反吹空气量来控制再生率的,与耗气量大小无关,而空压机的负荷率与耗气量有关,耗气量越大,空压机的负荷率越大。In order to verify the advantages of electronically controlled dryers over mechanical dryers and the performance of the air processing system equipped with the two dryers,a complete vehicle test is conducted on vehicles equipped with the two dryers under urban road conditions.The test vehicles are all 6×4 tractors,the test time is about 20 minutes,divided into two load modes with trailer and without trailer,and the driving speed of the vehicle is in the cycle of acceleration→constant speed→deceleration→idling.The test results show that the regeneration rate of mechanical dryer is related to the air consumption and blowback volume of the whole vehicle,and the regeneration volume is the same,the larger the air consumption,the smaller the regeneration rate and the higher the load rate of air compressor;while the regeneration rate of electronically controlled dryer is controlled by controlling the amount of blowback air to realize the control of regeneration rate,which has nothing to do with the size of air consumption,while the load rate of air compressor is related to the air consumption,and the larger the air consumption,the larger the load rate of air compressor.The greater the air consumption,the greater the load rate of the air compressor.
