摘  要:为了解决电力机车行驶过程中的轮缘磨耗问题,对SS4型电力机车车轮的异常磨耗因素数据进行统计分析,确定下坡道时过度使用电制动及异常轮轨关系是造成轮缘异常磨耗的主要原因。针对影响轮缘磨耗的主要因素进行了详细的分析,提出了加强双机的配合使用、实施压轮径和轴箱拉杆加调整垫等措施,通过对不同的轮缘磨耗原因采取相应的改进措施,最终使机车的平均轮缘磨耗从0.47 mm/万km降低至0.36 mm/万km。To solve the flange wear problem in the running process of electric locomotive,this paper carries out the statistical analysis of SS4 electric locomotive wheel abnormal wear factors,concludes that the excessive use of electric braking and abnormal wheel-rail relationship are the main causes of wheel edge abnormal wear.The main factors influencing the brim abrasion are analyzed.Measures such as strengthening the cooperative use of dual machines,implementing the pressure wheel diameter and adding adjustment pads to axle box ties are proposed.By taking corresponding improvement measures for different causes of flange wear,the average flange wear of the locomotive is finally reduced from 0.47 mm/10000 km to 0.36 mm/10000 km.
