摘  要:介绍了一种非焊接形式船舶分段装配方法。根据船舶分段的结构特点设计了磁性装配工装,并根据船舶分段常见的结构形式确定了磁性装配工装的使用方法。使用磁性装配工装对零件拉压、顶推和固定,实现非焊接形式的船舶分段装配,利用开关式强磁铁控制磁性,磁性消失后工装能够拆除。在造船生产时装配工装无需焊接,拆除时工装无需切割打磨,不破坏涂装;在进行分段装配技能训练和教学时,完全复制船舶分段装配情景,船体零件无损耗,可以反复使用。This paper introduces a method of non-welded ship blocks assembly.Magnetic assembly tooling is designed according to the structural characteristics of ship sections,the application method of magnetic assembly tooling is determined according to the common structural form of ship sections.Magnetic assembly tooling is used to pull,press,push and fix the parts,realizing the non-welded form of sectional assembly of the ship.By using switching type strong magnet to control magnetism,magnetic disappearance tooling can be removed.In shipbuilding production,the assembly tooling does not need to be welded,and the tooling does not need to be cut and polished when it is removed,and the coating is not destroyed;in the training and teaching of segmented assembly skills,the scene of ship segmented assembly is completely replicated,and the hull parts can be used repeatedly without loss.
