摘 要:为提高镁合金(AZ31B)铣削加工中的工艺性能,以加工中的刀具前角、线速度、每齿最大切削厚度及切削深度为影响因子,以加工的转矩与弯矩为目标参数,为保证镁合金零部件加工性能良好,设计4水平2因素的正交试验,试验结果表明:镁合金(AZ31B)铣削加工中可以采用较大的进刀量和高速切削,在线速度为2400 mm/s时,转矩值最小,同时弯矩出现拐点,其值可达到18.5 N·m。在满足精加工的粗糙度要求下,最大切削厚度0.08 mm为其极限值,在加工过程中使用的刀具必须锐利,在合适的范围内可以优先选用较大的前角,并且随着刀具前角的增大,转矩变化较为明显,在刀具前角为12°时,转矩值最大,弯矩呈现先降低、后增大的趋势,同时在刀具前角为16°时,所对应的弯矩、转矩最小,结合整体试验的加工情况,特殊情况下刀具前角可以选择负角度加工。In order to improve the technological performance of magnesium alloy(AZ31B)milling,the tool rake angle,linear speed,maximum cutting thickness and depth of cut per tooth are used as influencing factors,and the machining torque and bending moment are used as target parameters.In order to ensure the good processing performance of magnesium alloy parts,an orthogonal test with 4 levels and 2 factors is designed.The test results show that a large amount of feed and high-speed cutting can be used in the milling of magnesium alloy(AZ31B).When the online speed is 2400 mm/s,the torque value is the smallest,and the bending moment appears at an inflection point,and its value can reach 18.5 N·m.Under the roughness requirements of finishing,the maximum cutting thickness is 0.08 mm as the limit value.The tool used in the machining process must be sharp.Within a suitable range,a larger rake angle can be preferred.As the tool front angle increases,the torque changes more significantly.When the rake angle of the tool is 12°,the torque value is the largest,and the bending moment shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.When the tool front angle is 16°,the corresponding bending moment and torque are the smallest.According to the machining conditions of the overall test,the tool front angle can be selected for negative angle machining in special cases.
