摘 要:某型飞机起落架需进行前轮转弯耐久性试验,以考核转弯机构的耐久性能,同时考核密封装置的周向运动的密封性能,但任务需求中明确要求需真实模拟飞机受载状态,不允许以传统设计固定压缩量工装的方式进行试验考核,对转弯试验系统提出了更高的要求。文中提到的转弯试验系统基于落震试验台体进行型架、吊篮等设计,以施加配重的方式实现机身重力对起落架的加载,达到了模拟飞机真实受载状态的目的,经试验验证,满足设计需求,且为其它类似起落架转弯试验提供了新的思路。A type of aircraft landing gear needs to be tested for durability of front wheel turning to assess the durability of the turning mechanism and the sealing performance of the circumferential motion of the sealing device,but the task requirements clearly require a realistic simulation of the aircraft loaded state,which does not allow the traditional design of fixed compression tooling for testing and assessment,putting forward higher requirements for the turning test system.This paper introduces a turning test system based on the design of the drop-shock test rig,basket and so on,and the loading of the landing gear by the weight of the fuselage is realized by applying counterweight,which can achieve the purpose of simulating the real loading state of the aircraft.
