摘  要:在大型船舶的加工制造中,艉轴管的加工精度对轴系安装质量尤为重要。艉轴管精镗阶段在整个加工中是精度要求最高的。影响精镗阶段加工精度的因素有很多,热影响就是其中之一。文中通过在Workbench中采用三维高斯移动热源的方法模拟镗刀镗削过程中的热影响效应,得到了精镗阶段艉轴管的温度分布情况,以及在该条件下艉轴管的热变形情况。The machining accuracy of stern tube is particularly important to the quality of shafting installation in the processing and manufacturing of large ships.The precision of stern tube boring stage is the highest in the whole process.There are many factors that affect the machining accuracy of fine boring stage,among which the thermal effect is one of them.This paper uses a three-dimensional Gaussian moving heat source method to simulate the thermal effect in the boring process based on Workbench.The temperature distribution of the stern tube in the fine boring stage and the thermal deformation of the stern tube under the sub-conditions are obtained.
