摘 要:为降低光纤传感器测距系统的畸变偏差,提出基于误差反馈的光纤传感器测距畸变校正方法。构建畸变校正几何成像模型,设计畸变校正参数,采用基于误差反馈的光传感检测方法,建立畸变校正的动态参数测量模型,结合测距系统的畸变校正几何分析方法,实现对畸变校正的反馈校正和自适应修正,通过几何测量和块匹配方法,实现对畸变校正的自动化校正和在线分析。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行畸变校正,经本方法校正后,偏差均值降低大约0.138 mm,校正时间低于71 ms,降低了光纤传感器测距系统的畸变偏差,提高了传感器测量的精度和校正效率。In order to reduce the distortion deviation of optical fiber sensor ranging system,a distortion correction method of optical fiber sensor ranging based on error feedback is proposed.The distortion correction geometric imaging model is constructed,the distortion correction parameters are designed,the optical sensing detection method based on error feedback is adopted,and the dynamic parameter measurement model of distortion correction is established.Com-bined with the distortion correction geometric analysis method of ranging system,the feedback correction and adaptive correction of distortion correction are realized.Through geometric measurement and block matching method,the auto-matic correction and online analysis of distortion correction are realized.The test results show that using this method for distortion correction,after the correction of this method,the average deviation is reduced by about 0.138 mm,and the correction time is less than 71 ms,which reduces the distortion deviation of the optical fiber sensor ranging system,and improves the measurement accuracy and correction efficiency of the sensor.
