摘  要:水泥土搅拌桩复合地基是软土地区常用的地基处理方法。该文结合台州南铁路智慧陆港新区项目工程,首先提出水泥土搅拌桩的施工关键技术及施工工艺流程,并通过水泥土搅拌桩试桩试验,分析检测结果并进行验证。结果显示,成桩3 d轻便触探桩身检测与成桩28 d竖向单桩承载力检测均满足要求,随着竖向荷载的不断增大,桩顶累计沉降值逐渐增大;最大沉降量7.15 mm≤40 mm,满足规范要求,成桩质量良好,验证水泥土搅拌桩复合地基施工工艺的可行性,为类似土层和相关工程提供有效参考。Cement-soil mixing pile composite foundation is a commonly used foundation treatment method in soft soil areas.Combining with Taizhou South Railway Smart Lugang New District project,this paper firstly puts forward the key construction technology and construction process of cement-soil mixing piles,and passes the test of cement-soil mixing piles,and analyzes the test results for verification.The results show that the 3 d portable penetrating test pile body test and the 28 d vertical single pile bearing capacity test both meet the requirements.As the vertical load increases,the cumulative settlement value of the pile top gradually increases.The maximum settlement is 7.15 mm≤40 mm,which meets the specification requirements.The pile quality is favourable,which verifies the feasibility of the cement-soil mixing pile composite foundation construction technology,and provides an effective reference for similar soil layers and related projects.
