形状记忆合金纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响

摘  要:形状记忆合金作为一种智能材料,在土木工程领域引起广泛关注。随着形状记忆合金(SMA)在土木工程领域内的研究与应用日益增多,众多学者将目光投向建筑材料,将SMA纤维加入水泥基材料中,该文设计形状记忆合金纤维增强混凝土(SMAFRC),纤维体积分数分别为0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%,对所设计的SMAFRC进行立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉以及抗折试验。试验结果表明,在20℃时,SMAFRC基本力学性能随纤维体积分数的提升而提升,S-0.9试件对混凝土基本力学性能提升最大,在立方体抗压、劈裂抗拉以及抗弯强度较S-0试件分别增幅12.0%、32.5%、33.2%。在100℃时,S-0.6试件对混凝土基本力学性能提升最大,在立方体抗压、抗弯强度较S-0试件分别增幅7.1%、33.2%。As a kind of intelligent material,shape memory alloy has attracted wide attention in the field of civil engineering.With the increasing research and application of SMA in the field of civil engineering,many researchers focus on building materials and add SMA fiber into cement-based materials.In this paper,shape memory alloy fiber reinforced concrete(SMAFRC)is designed,and the fiber volume fractions are 0,0.3%,0.6%,and 0.9%,respectively.Cube compression,splitting tensile and bending tests were carried out on the designed SMAFRC.The experimental results show that at 20℃,the basic mechanical properties of SMAFRC increase with the increase of fiber volume fraction,and S-0.9 specimen has the greatest improvement on the basic mechanical properties of concrete,and the cube compressive,splitting tensile and bending strengths increase by 12.0%,32.5%and 33.2%,respectively,compared with S-0 specimen.When the temperature is 100℃,the S-0.6 specimen has the greatest improvement on the basic mechanical properties of concrete,and the cube compressive and bending strength increases by 7.1%and 33.2%,respectively,compared with the S-0 specimen.
