摘 要:农业生物灾害治理是我国现代农业发展中极其重要的一环,通过有效生物防治为我国换来的隐形耕地面积是十分可观的。农业生物灾害具有整体性、跨界性、复杂性,所以农业生物灾害的治理中,单一的农业相关政府部门难以单独攻克这道难题,需要结合政府各部门和各类非政府组织的职能来完成这项艰巨而又漫长的任务,因此,各部门是否能有效合作协同在农业生物灾害治理中是至关重要的。该文通过资料报告、分析、实例等方式,以当前中国农业生物灾害治理为例,系统分析问题,对跨部门合作模式进行探讨,提出推进跨部门合作的措施和建议,目的是为更好地应对农业生物灾害问题提供科学指导。The management of agricultural biological disasters is an extremely important link in the development of modern agriculture in China,and the area of invisible arable land obtained for our country through effective biological control is very considerable.Agricultural biological disasters are holistic,cross-boundary and complex,so it is difficult for a single relevant agricultural government department to solve this problem alone in the management of agricultural biological disasters.it is necessary to combine the functions of various government departments and all kinds of non-governmental organizations to complete this arduous and long task.therefore,whether various departments can cooperate effectively is very important in the management of agricultural biological disasters.By means of data reports,analysis and examples,and taking the current management of agricultural biological disasters in China as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the problems,probes into the mode of inter-departmental cooperation,and puts forward measures and suggestions to promote inter-departmental cooperation,so as to provide scientific guidance for better dealing with the problem of agricultural biological disasters.
