摘  要:早期风电发展忽视了风电噪声,特别是分散式项目的发展,直接使得机组离居民区或者农林景区越来越近,噪声问题到了不得不解决的地步,目前各个整机制造商都在为解决风电噪声努力,在风机所有噪声源中偏航噪声对环境影响最大且最难解决。通过对偏航噪声产生原因进行分析,针对运行风场及新设计机组提出经济有效的解决方案,同时介绍一种拆卸刹车片工装,可以大量节省更换刹车片所用的时间。Early wind power development ignored wind power noise,especially the development of decentralized projects,which directly made the units closer to residential areas or agricultural and forestry scenic spots.The noise problem had to be solved.At present,all machine manufacturers are working hard to solve wind power noise.Yaw noise has the greatest impact on the environment and is the most difficult to solve among all noise sources of wind turbines.This paper analyzes the causes of yawing noise,and proposes an economic and effective solution for the operating wind farm and the newly designed unit,At the same time,a kind of tooling for removing brake pads is introduced,which can save a lot of time for replacing brake pads.
