社团参与对大学生就业质量的影响实证分析

摘　　要：社团是高校的第二课堂,具有丰富的育人内涵。本文基于广州市部分高校毕业生的调查数据,以多元线性回归模型分析了社团及其具体参与方式对大学生就业质量的影响。研究发现,社团参与可正向提升大学生就业质量,社团参与的动机、类型、角色、强度等不同亦会给大学生就业带来差异性影响;以扩展人脉和就业能力提升为参与动机有更强的就业质量提升效用,体育运动型社团可能对就业质量存在负向影响,骨干成员的参与对就业质量的提升作用更强,过度频繁的参与社团则可能会产生负向效应。因此,政府、高校、社团、个人应四方合力,通过高校社团活动提升大学生就业意识及其综合就业技能,搭建就业资源交流平台,以提升社团参与效果,提升大学生的就业质量。As an important carrier of the second classroom,student association has rich connotations of education.Based on the survey data of some college graduates in Guangzhou City,the study investigates the impact of student association and participation mode on the employment quality of college students with multiple linear regression model.It is found that association participation can positively improve the employment quality of the college students;and different participation mode of motivation,type,role and intensity of association participation will also have different effects.The participation motivation of expanding contacts and improving employability will have a stronger effect on improving employment quality.Sports associations may have negative effects on employment quality.The role of backbone members make stronger effects than excessive partner.Excessive frequent participation in the community may have negative effect.It is suggested that the government,universities,society and individuals should work together to improve college students’employment awareness and comprehensive employment skills,and build an employment resource exchange platform through college college association activities,so as to improve the participation effect of associations,and improve the quality of employment.
