摘　　要：为了探究基于OBE理念的人才培养模式对高校毕业生就业的影响,对191名高校毕业生进行问卷调查。结果表明,该模式在提升高校毕业生就业能力和丰富就业机会方面发挥了积极的作用,对高校毕业生就业具有重要意义,为其职业发展提供了有效的支持和指导。相关性分析和回归分析进一步验证了课程设计、反向规划、综合能力培养、实践机会、职业规划指导、个人发展计划与高校毕业生就业之间的显著关系。In order to explore the influence of OBE⁃based talent training mode on the employment of college graduates,the study does questionnaire survey on 191 college graduates.The results show that this model plays a positive role in enhancing the employability and enriching employment opportunities of college graduates,which is of great significance to the employment of college graduates and provides effective support and guidance for their career development.Correlation analysis and regression analysis further verify the significant relationship between curriculum design,reverse planning,comprehensive ability training,practical opportunities,career planning guidance,personal development plan and the employment of college graduates.
