黑龙江省文化产业园区建设现状及路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,黑龙江省大力发展文化产业,并通过打造一批重点文化产业园区、特色文化产业园区,为文化产业发展搭建了广阔平台,实现了文化产业的提质增量。研究黑龙江省文化产业园区建设现状发现,黑龙江省的文化产业园区建设具有联动布局、层次分明,形式多样、门类齐全,特色鲜明、行业广泛等特点,同时也存在投融资难、产业融合度低、人才短缺等问题。黑龙江省应紧抓文化产业大发展契机,提高园区站位,积极打造东北地区文化产业集群,加快园区与产业融合发展步伐,创新文化产业领域人才培养和引进模式,不断完善文化产业园区的产业链条,充分激发园区的聚集效应,以推动文化产业高质量发展。In recent years,Heilongjiang Province has vigorously developed the cultural industry,and has built a broad platform for the development of the cultural industry by creating a number of key cultural industry parks and characteristic cultural industry parks,achieving the improvement and increment of the cultural industry.Through studying the current situation of cultural industry park construction in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that the construction of cultural industry parks in Heilongjiang Province has the characteristics of linkage layout,clear hierarchy,diverse forms,complete categories,distinct characteristics,and a wide range of industries.At the same time,there are also problems,such as difficulty in investment and financing,low industrial integration,and urgent talent shortage,etc.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province should seize the opportunity for the great development of the cultural industry,improve the location of the park,actively build the cultural industry cluster in the Northeast region,accelerate the integration of the park and industry development,innovate the talent cultivation and introduction mode in the cultural industry field,continuously improve the industrial chain of the cultural industry park,fully stimulate the agglomeration effect of the park,and promote the high⁃quality development of the cultural industry.
