摘  要:为探索复合益生菌对甜玉米秸秆青贮品质的影响。本试验在以甜玉米秸秆作为研究材料的基础上,试验分为对照组和试验组。在青贮的第21天,测定复合益生菌对甜玉米秸秆青贮饲料感官评价、营养成分、发酵品质和微生物菌落总数的影响。结果表明:复合益生菌能够使青贮饲料感官评定为优良。与对照组相比,复合益生菌能够使青贮饲料营养成分中的粗蛋白含量显著升高,酸性洗涤纤维含量显著降低(P<0.05),使青贮饲料中的pH值、氨态氮含量和可溶性碳水化合物含量、需氧菌的菌落数量显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸菌和酵母菌的菌落数量显著增高(P<0.05)。可以看出,复合益生菌能够改善甜玉米秸秆青贮品质。In order to explore the effects of compound probiotics on the silage quality of sweet corn stalk.On the basis of using sweet corn straw as the research material,the experiment was divided into control group and experimental group.On the 21st day of silage,the effects of complex probiotics on sensory evaluation,nutrient composition,fermentation quality and total microbial colonies of sweet corn stalk silage were determined.The results showed that the compound probiotics could improve the sensorial evaluation of silage.Compared with control group,compound probiotics could increase the crude protein content of nutrient components in silage,and the difference was significant,reduce the content of acid washing fiber,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The pH value,ammonia nitrogen content and soluble carbohydrate content,the number of aerobic bacteria colonies in silage were decreased by complex probiotics,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Complex probiotics could increase the number of lactobacillus and yeast colonies in silage and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compound probiotics can improve the silage quality of sweet corn stalk.
