摘　　要：代乳料是一种为代替全乳而配制的饲料,其主要原料是乳业副产品。在中国现代养殖业中,代乳料在新生幼畜应用上逐渐广泛,因此代乳料中的营养的选择与配比是极为重要的问题,其中代乳料的配制要尽量模拟全乳的营养成分,特别是氨基酸的组成和能量的供应都要适应羔羊的消化生理特点和要求,营养成分接近母乳,富含丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸和微量元素等,能为幼畜带来更好的营养供应。该文对代乳料实际应用、饲料营养配比、代乳料的优点、反刍动物数据检测4个方面进行分析探讨,为代乳料对反刍动物的使用提供参考。Milk replacer is a kind of feed prepared to replace whole milk,the main raw material is dairy by-product.In modern breeding industry in China,milk replacer is widely used in newborn young animals,so the selection and ratio of nutrients in milk replacer is extremely important.The preparation of milk replacer should simulate the nutrient composition of whole milk as much as possible,especially the composition of amino acids and the supply of energy should be adapted to the digestive physiological characteristics and requirements of lambs,and the nutrient composition should be close to that of breast milk.Rich in protein,amino acids and trace elements,it can bring better nutrition supply to young livestock.This paper analyzes and discusses the practical application of milk substitute,feed nutrient ratio,advantages of milk substitute,and ruminant data detection in four aspects,so as to provide reference for the use of milk substitute for ruminants.
