摘 要:多聚免疫球蛋白受体(PIGR)是免疫球蛋白超家族的一员,在机体免疫过程中发挥重要作用。本试验以40个晋汾白猪、40个新山西黑猪、30个杜洛克×晋汾白猪、23个大白×晋汾白猪的猪耳基因组DNA为实验对象,采用PCR-SSCP技术对PIGR基因多态性位点差异性进行分析。结果显示,PIGR基因在晋汾白猪、新山西黑猪、杜洛克×晋汾白猪中有2种基因型:AA、AG,优势等位基因均为A,在大白×晋汾白猪中有一种基因型:AA。应用SAS8.1进行基因型分布差异分析,显示PIGR基因多态位点在晋汾白猪、新山西黑猪、杜洛克×晋汾白猪、大白×晋汾白猪的基因型分布差异极显著(P=0.0070,P<0.01)。本试验为发现减轻仔猪腹泻的优势基因提供理论基础。Polyimmunoglobulin receptor(PIGR)is a number of the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays an important role in the immune process.In this study,PCR-SSCP was applied to analyze the single nucleotide polymorphisms of the PIGR genes in 40 Jinfen White pigs,40 New Shanxi Black pigs,30 Duroc×Jinfen White pigs and 23 Yorkshire×Jinfen White pigs.The results showed that the PIGR gene had two genotypes in Jinfen White,New Shanxi Black,and Duroc×Jinfen White pigs:AA and AG,and the dominant allele was all A.There was one genotype in Dabai×Jinfen White pigs:AA.The genotypic distribution difference polymorphism was analyzed by SAS8.1 software,there was significant differennce in genotype distribution of PIGR gene in Jinfen White pig,New Shanxi Black pig,Duroc×Jinfen White pig and Yorkshire×Jinfen White pig(P=0.0070,P<0.01).This study provides a theoretical basis for the discovery of the dominant genes for alleviating piglet diarrhea.
