网膜引流术及阴囊前尿道造口治疗老年犬前列腺脓肿及尿道结石诊疗体会

摘　　要：通过外科手术、分子生物学治疗、中兽医治疗相结合,治愈已绝育老年犬的顽固前列腺脓肿及尿道结石的诊疗体会。患犬在住院治疗期间多次出现反复炎症指数升高及贫血、不食、脏器功能减退,最终成功控制了病情,未见复发。此类病症诊断一定要结合B超及DR同步检查,不然可能漏诊。同时有尿道结石及前列腺脓肿的病例建议务必进行尿道改造,否则会增加前列腺脓肿的复发概率。另外,药敏试验、干细胞治疗、中药治疗,对控制复发感染尤为重要。合理饮食、高脂肪低钠低钾、酸化尿液、增加饮水量也至关重要。Through the combination of surgical operation,molecular biology therapy and Chinese veterinary therapy,the treatment of stubborn prostatic abscess and urethral calculus in neutered elderly dogs was studied.During the period of hospitalization,the dog had repeated elevated inflammation index,anemia,no food,and decreased organ function,and finally successfully controlled the disease without recurrence.The diagnosis of such diseases must be combined with B-ultrasonography and DR Simultaneous examination,otherwise it may be missed.Urethral reconstruction is recommended for patients with urethral calculi and prostate abscess at the same time,otherwise it will increase the recurrence probability of prostate abscess.In addition,drug sensitivity test,stem cell therapy,traditional Chinese medicine,is particularly important to control recurrent infection.A proper diet,high in fat and low in sodium and potassium,acidifying urine,and increasing water intake are also essential.
