摘　　要：1只7岁雄性未绝育柯利犬,突然出现左侧后肢走路跛行的情况,表现疼痛。从发现到就诊3个月以来病发迅速,现因患宠后肢肿胀严重,行走困难,精神食欲减退,遂来就诊。通过临床检查、后肢FNA检查,血液学、影像学检查、组织病理学检查方法对该病例进行初步筛查诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明,确定该病例为原发性骨肉瘤,原发部位为左侧后肢患处的干骺端,并在肺部出现转移病灶。采取外科截肢手术治疗,切除左侧股骨头及以下部位,并辅助全身化疗,治疗后患犬恢复良好,1年内未见复发。该研究结果既可为犬原发性骨肉瘤的确诊提供可靠的诊断方法,又可为临床病例提供可行的治疗方案。A 7-year-old male non sterilized collie dog suddenly appeared limped on his left hind limb and showed pain.From discovery to treatment,the disease occurred very rapidly in the past three months.So the cat presented to the doctor due to severe swelling of the hind limb of the affected dog,difficulty in walking and loss of mental appetite.The the dog's disease was diagnosed by clinical examination,FNA examination of hind limbs,hematology,imaging examination and histopathological examination,and treated according to the diagnostic results.The results showed that the case was identified as primary osteosarcoma,the primary site was the metaphysis of the affected part of the left hind limb.At the same time,metastatic lesions appeared in the lung.Surgical amputation was performed to remove the left femoral head and below,and systemic chemotherapy was assisted.After treatment,the affected dog recovered well,the clinical symptoms of the dog were significantly alleviated,And there was no recurrence within one year.The results of this study can provide a reliable diagnostic method for the dog primary osteosarcoma,it can also provide a feasible treatment scheme for clinical cases.
