摘　　要：植物精油作为一种绿色环保、安全高效的天然化合物,近年已广泛应用于畜禽生产,尤其是家禽生产。大量研究结果表明,植物精油具有改善肉鸡肠道微生物环境、提高肠道屏障功能、增强免疫能力等多方面的效果。该文对已有研究成果进行综合分析,旨在系统评述植物精油对肉鸡肠道健康的影响,总结植物精油在肉鸡饲养中的应用前景和挑战,为进一步优化肉鸡养殖实践提供科学依据。As a green,safe and efficient natural compound,plant essential oil has been widely used in livestock and poultry production in recent years,especially in poultry production.A large number of studies have shown that plant essential oils have the effects of improving the intestinal microbial environment and intestinal barrier function,and enhancing immunity of broilers.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing research results,this paper aims to systematically review the effects of plant essential oil on intestinal health of broilers,summarize the application prospects and challenges of plant essential oil in broiler breeding,and provide scientific basis for further optimizing broiler breeding practice.
