摘 要:针对流程型制造车间数据采集不全面、生产过程不透明、生产故障监控实时性差而造成的产品劣品率与生产成本高问题,构建了一种制造物联和数字孪生融合的可视化管控系统。围绕“数据感知与传输、数据适配与存储、数据分析与应用”这一主线,分析了物理制造车间的监控数据体系和管控需求,构建了面向制造物联的多源异构数据感知、传输与分析架构,提出了基于数字孪生的物联、物理、虚拟交互方案,实现多视角、分层次的数据可视化监控。最后,该系统在某锂电池材料生产车间部署应用,验证了其优良性能。To solve the problems of low product quality rate and high production cost caused by incomplete data acquisition,opacity of the production process and poor real-time monitoring of production failure in the process manufacturing shop-floor,a visual monitoring system merging internet of manufacturing things(IoMT)and digital twin(DT)is constructed.Following the idea of"data perception and transmission,data adaption and storage,data analysis and application",the monitoring data system and management requirements of physical manufacturing shop-floorsare analyzed.A multi-source heterogeneous data sensing,transmission and analysis architecture for internet of manufacturing things is constructed,and a digital twin-based physical,virtual and internet of manufacturing things interaction scheme is proposed to realize multi-perspective and hierarchical data visualization monitoring.Finally,the system is deployed in a lithium battery material shop-floor and its excellent performance is verified.
