摘  要:通过对螺丝锁付研究和分析,发现锁付夹头的夹片尺寸和弹簧大小对螺丝的锁付性能及自身磨损有显著影响,为避免螺丝在锁付过程中锁付失败和减小夹头的磨损,提出基于响应面方法和满意度函数方法,并对锁付夹头的设计参数进行多响应优化,以便找到更好的减小磨损设计。先对锁付机构进行建模,结合响应面设计方法与有限元数值分析方法,建立相关响应面模型,并通过方差分析进行检查。同时也研究因子之间的相互作用,并利用满意性函数法确定最佳设计。结果表明,与原始模型相比,优化后应力下降了41.2%,质量增加不大,达到了优化效果。Through the research and analysis of screw locking,it is found that the clip size and spring size of the locking chuck have a significant impact on the locking performance and wear of the screw.In order to avoid screw locking failure and reduce the wear of the chuck during the locking process,a response surface method and a satisfaction function method are proposed,and multi-objective optimization of the design parameters of the locking chuck is conducted to find a better wear reduction design.Firstly,the locking mechanism is modeled,and the response surface design method and finite element numerical analysis method are combined to establish a relevant response surface model,which is checked through variance analysis.At the same time,the interaction between factors is also studied,and the satisfaction function method is used to determine the optimal design.The results show that after optimization the stress is decreased by 41.2%and the mass is increased slightly,achieving the optimal effect.
