摘　　要：“天鲲号”绞吸式挖泥船配备两种重型绞车—1100 kN桥架绞车和1450 kN横移绞车,该重型绞车主要创新点有:新型卷筒连接方式、双分流减速箱、超大卷筒设计等,有些创新改变了挖泥船绞车行业内的固有思路,优化了设计和简化了制造工艺,通过多年实船证明了该产品的高可靠性和作业高效率。The“Tian Kun"”cutter suction dredger is equipped with two types of heavy-duty winches:a 1100 kN ladder winch and a 1450 kN transverse winch.The innovation in the design mainly includes:new drum connection,the double split reducer,the large drum design.Some innovations have changed the inherent ideas in the dredger winch industry,optimized the design and simplified the manufacturing process.The product's high reliability and high efficiency have been proved by practice operation in many years.
