摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA在医学影像技师培养中的应用效果。方法:以X线气管软化试验检查为例,比较应用PDCA前后的图像质量,以图像优良率的变化来评价教学效果。结果:应用PDCA后,图像优良率从56.39%提高到81.91%。结果:PDCA能够有效提高医学影像技师的检查质量,可以在技师规范化培训中推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA in the training of medical imaging technicians.Methods:Taking the Xray bronchial softening test as an example,the image quality before and after the application of PDCA was compared,and the change in the image quality rate was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:After applying PDCA,the image quality rate increased from 56.4%to 81.9%.Conclusion:PDCA can effectively improve the examination quality of medical imaging technicians and can be promoted and applied in standardized training for technicians.
