摘　　要：随着高等医学院校办学规模不断扩大,临床教学资源不足的问题日益突出,非直属附属医院在高等医学教育中的作用越来越重要。本研究通过分析教学医院师资队伍建设成效,探讨如何在医学院校非直属附属医院建设高水平临床师资队伍,统筹临床教学资源,提升医疗人才培养质量。With the continuous expansion of medical colleges,the problem of insufficient clinical teaching resources has become increasingly prominent.Non-affiliated affiliated hospitals play an increasingly important role in higher medical education.This study analyzes the effectiveness of faculty construction in teaching hospitals and explores how to build a high-level clinical faculty team in nonaffiliated affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,coordinate clinical teaching resources,and improve the quality of medical talent training.
