摘 要:目的:探索在高校临床医学院建立与实施教学督导体系的效果。方法:从教学督导的定位与权限、组织架构与组成、评价指标、实施方法与整改反馈等方面建立督导体系,并分析反馈表。结果:收到有效督导反馈49份,各科室平均分为(82.42±11.78)分,附加分为(14.02±3.75)分。结果:督导实施后,教学质量逐年提升。结论:教学督导体系运行切实有效。Objective:This study aims to explore the effectiveness of establishing and implementing a teaching supervision system in clinical medical colleges of universities.Methods:The supervision system was established from the aspects of the positioning and authority of teaching supervision,organizational structure and composition,evaluation indicators,implementation methods,and feedback for improvement.The feedback forms were analyzed.Results:A total of 49 valid supervision feedbacks were received,with an average score of(82.42±11.78)points for each department and an additional score of(14.02±3.75)points.Results:After the implementation of supervision,the teaching quality has been continuously improved.Conclusion:The operation of the teaching supervision system is practical and effective.
