摘  要:对电子束悬浮区域熔炼炉组成部分及工作原理、工作过程、工作特性进行系统介绍,就目前电子束悬浮区域熔炼炉所出现的高压电源输出功率波动原因进行分析。通过对高压电源系统中的关键部件:三相调压器、高压变压器、高压补偿电容、高压二极管硅堆的工作原理进行分析并对其进行测量,从而判断各高压元器件是否工作正常及产生的输出功率波动。最后通过对衰减的电容检测和受损高压二极管元件进行更换使高压电源系统恢复到稳定的输出功率,保证了电子束悬浮区域熔炼炉的正常运行。The components and working principle,working process,working characteristics of the electronic beam floating zone melting furnace are introduced systematically,and the causes of power fluctuation in the output of high voltage power supply in the current electronic beam floating zone melting furnace are analyzed.Through the analysis of the working principle and the measurement of the key components in the high voltage power supply system,such as three-phase voltage regulator,high voltage transformer,high voltage compensation capacitor,high voltage diode silicon stack,it can be determined whether these high voltage components work abnormally and the output power fluctuations.Finally,by detecting the attenuated capacitor and replacing the damaged high voltage diode element,the output power of the high voltage power supply system is restored to a stable state,which ensures the normal operation of electronic beam floating zone melting furnace.
