摘  要:随着新能源发电的渗透率日益提高,汇集点处的电网容易受到新能源出力波动影响导致产生难以避免的电压扰动,需要静止无功补偿器(STATCOM)参与电网中进行电压调节补偿。基于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的STATCOM拓扑结构,详细分析了其对于公共耦合点(PCC)电压调节机理,在SRF-PLL坐标控制系下,对其在新能源汇集处的PCC电压调节的控制策略进行研究,并给出了具体实现方法。最后通过实验验证了所提策略对于实现新能源场站汇集处PCC电压稳定控制的有效性。With the increasing penetration of new energy generation,the power grid at the gathering point is vulnerable to the influence of new energy output fluctuation,which leads to unavoidable voltage disturbance.Static synchronous compensators(STATCOM)are required to participate in the power grid for voltage regulation and compensation.Based on the STATCOM topology of modular multilevel converter(MMC),its mechanism of point of common coupling(PCC)voltage regulation is analyzed in detail.Under the coordinate control system of SRF-PLL,the control strategy is studied of the voltage regulation of the PCC in the new energy assembly,and the concrete implementation method is given.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy for realizing PCC voltage stability control at the gathering point of the new energy station is verified by experiments.
